Dear Cleveland Central High School Families, Students, Staff, and Community,
It is with great pride, gratitude, and excitement that I welcome you to the 2026–2027 school year as the new Principal of Cleveland Central High School. Returning to CCHS feels like coming home. I previously had the privilege of serving this incredible school as an Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal from 2017 to 2021, and these experiences helped shape my passion for student success and educational leadership. Since then, I have been honored to serve as Principal of Pearman Elementary and later as a district curriculum leader, which are also experiences that have strengthened my commitment to academic excellence and servant leadership. As I begin my 17th year in education, I am excited to return to WolkPack and continue building upon the proud traditions that make Cleveland Central High School so special.
Our theme for this school year is "Honoring Traditions. Inspiring Excellence. Building Legacy." These words represent our commitment to celebrating the rich history and accomplishments of Cleveland Central High School while boldly embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation. Together, we will honor those who have paved the way before us, inspire every student to pursue excellence in academics, athletics, fine arts, leadership, and service, and build a lasting legacy that future generations of Wolves will be proud to continue.
This year, our focus will remain centered on providing rigorous, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that prepare every student for college, career, military service, and life beyond high school. We will continue strengthening our instructional practices through high-quality teaching, data-driven decision-making, and meaningful intervention and enrichment opportunities. Equally important, we will foster a culture built on respect, responsibility, accountability, and strong relationships where every student feels valued, supported, and challenged to reach their fullest potential.
A successful school is built through strong partnerships among students, families, educators, and the community. I encourage every parent and guardian to remain actively involved in your child's educational journey by communicating regularly with teachers, attending school events, celebrating successes, and working alongside us to overcome challenges. Together, we can create an environment where every student thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
As your principal, my goal is to ensure that every person who walks through the doors of Cleveland Central High School feels welcomed, respected, and inspired. I believe every student deserves opportunities to excel, every teacher deserves support to do their best work, and every family deserves a voice in our school community. My door will always be open, and I value your ideas, feedback, and partnership as we work together to make this an exceptional year.
I am honored to serve the students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and community of Cleveland Central High School. Together, we will embrace our traditions, pursue excellence in all that we do, and build a legacy that reflects the very best of the Wolpack.
I look forward to an incredible year filled with achievement, growth, and unforgettable memories.
Go Wolves!
